Your trip belongs to your group.
This page explains the information FindeListo uses to run a private group decision and what happens when someone follows a booking link.

Information we keep
Depending on how you use FindeListo, we keep the organizer’s email; a participant’s first name and language; group details; proposed dates; preferences; free-text constraints; votes, locks, and notes; outbound-link activity; and limited technical records used for security and reliable operation.
Free-text constraints and notes are stored exactly as submitted. Avoid adding sensitive information that is not needed for the trip or information you do not have permission to share.
Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate organizers, create and protect the trip, show each participant the experience in their language, tally the group’s choices, send essential emails, prevent abuse, and understand whether relevant booking options are useful. We do not sell personal information.
Services, cookies, and tracking
FindeListo relies on Netlify for hosting, Supabase for database and authentication services, and Resend for transactional email. If an optional text service is configured, it receives only broad trip type and interest choices plus catalog copy to rephrase—never names, emails, exact dates, free-text notes, or prices.
We use only essential cookies and similar storage for language, authentication, and private participant access. FindeListo has no third-party advertising or analytics trackers; its own append-only event log records product actions without storing private free text in event properties.
When you visit a partner
FindeListo records that a booking option was shown or selected. We do not send the private invitation token to the partner. Once you leave FindeListo, the partner may process information and use cookies under its own privacy policy.
Private links, retention, and deletion
Trip and participant links use hard-to-guess tokens and private pages are marked not to be indexed, but anyone who receives an invite link may try to join. Share it only with your group. No online service can promise absolute security.
We keep information only as reasonably needed to operate trips, secure the service, and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete a trip and its related content. Append-only product events may instead be retained in anonymized form so they no longer identify the trip or participant.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, update, or delete personal information associated with you by writing to hola@findelisto.com. Argentina’s data-protection authority also publishes guidance about these rights.
