Simple rules for using FindeListo.
By using FindeListo, you agree to these terms. The service helps a group make a travel decision; it does not make or sell the booking.

The service
The group decision flow is free. FindeListo helps collect dates, preferences, and votes and may show optional links after a decision. It is an independent planning tool, not a travel agency, tour operator, accommodation provider, carrier, or payment processor.
Organizer and participant responsibilities
Provide accurate information, share private links only with the intended group, and obtain any permission needed before entering information about someone else. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive data or use another person’s identity or email without authorization.
Partner sites and bookings
A booking is made entirely with the external partner and is subject to that partner’s prices, availability, payment process, cancellation terms, privacy policy, and customer support. FindeListo is not a party to that transaction and cannot confirm or change it.
Acceptable use
Use FindeListo lawfully. Do not probe or bypass access controls, interfere with the service, automate abusive requests, upload malicious content, or use the service to harm, deceive, or harass another person.
Availability and recommendations
The service and its destination suggestions are provided as available and may change or occasionally be interrupted. Verify travel requirements, safety, suitability, prices, and booking details yourself before acting. FindeListo does not guarantee that a suggestion or partner offer will meet every need.
Changes and applicable law
We may update the service or these terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new update date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from that point onward.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Argentine Republic.
